Flow Waterjet: We service all models of Flow Waterjets and pumps including: Mach 2, Mach 3, Mach 4C, WMC, XD machines, Hyplex pumps, 50K-60K intensifiers and 94K intensifiers. We perform all pump maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs on electrical and hydraulic systems.
Important Note: We rebuild (with all new internal components), or replace the control PC on most of the Flow Waterjet systems. If your current controller card is working we can build a new PC for a fraction of the cost that the factory quotes. The factory quote includes a new controller card and installation by a factory service tech. Machines that we do not replace the PC on are the Mach 2b, Mach 2c, Mach 4c (Pentajet Gantry style). We have done the Mach 4b XD PC upgrades.
Machine service includes all mechanical including ballscrew/ballnut replacement, linear bearing replacement, electrical troubleshooting and computer upgrades.
We also offer ballbar testing on all Flow Waterjet machines. Keep your machine running at peak performance and pinpoint mechanical issues needing attention that compromise your tolerances and may cause mechanical failure.
Other Waterjets: We have done some limited work on the following waterjet machines: Esab, Romeo, Jet Edge and Jet Edge pumps, KMT Pumps, Accustream (Hypertherm) pumps, WSI Pumps, Multicam machines.
Waterjet Parts: We work with a couple of distributors and have access to most waterjet pump replacement parts, repair kits, high pressure tubing and fittings, both 60K and 90K. We can have parts drop shipped to your location.
New Waterjet Pumps: We can get you quotes, install and provide service on a couple of different name brand after market replacement pumps. If your pump is getting old and needs too much maintenance please give us a call.
Plasma and Oxy-Fuel
Burny: We are a System Integrator for Burny and former Burny employee. We provide service on the entire Burny CNC product line and can provide upgrades or replacements for your existing CNC controlled cutting machine.
Plasma and Oxy-Fuel machines: We provide electrical, mechanical and retrofit service on most machines. Please give us a call to discuss your needs. 281-757-2323
Other Equipment
We have done a small factory automation project with another person doing the mechanical work. We did all of the electronic and electrical design.
Please give us a call for any other equipment that may need some repairs. We don't work on everything but we may be able to help.
